All memberships have a 48 hour activation period from the time of purchase and are required to have all vessel information available at the time of purchase. See additional details below and on our terms of service page.

SaltWATER Membership

$150 per Year of Membership

One (1) Vessel Only for Towing and Time Related to Marine on Water Services Only.

Vessels up to (not exceeding) 50 feet in length (L.O.A).

Recreational Boaters Only.

Towing up to 20 NM Offshore. Charges of $350 per Hour for Distances Greater than 20NM offshore, and regular pricing per respective area for tows exceeding 20 NM on inland waters.

After 3 incidents, the member will be billed at a discounted rate of $225 per hour for services rendered.

Membership Coverage: Boat Owner and Immediate Family ONLY (Spouse/Significant Other/Children). Member and/or Immediate Family must be onboard the registered vessel for membership to apply.

Fuel and Oil Drops: Time related to service is covered under the membership, however the member pays cost of the products or consumables.

Stuck Anchor Removal (without a diver).

Soft Un-groundings. (Water on all four sides of the boat, able to unground in 15 minutes or less with small towboat).

FRESHWATER OR Lake Membership

$100 per Year

One (1) Boat Only for Towing and Time Related to Marine on Water Services Only.

Vessels up to (not exceeding) 50 feet in length (L.O.A.).

Recreational Boaters Only.

Towing up to 15 Miles Inland (lakes/freshwater): $75/Hour Discounted Rate after 15 Miles of Towing.

After 3 incidents, the member will be billed at a discounted rate of $200 per hour for services rendered.

Membership Coverage: Boat Owner and Immediate Family ONLY (Spouse/Significant Other/Children). Member and/or Immediate Family must be onboard the registered vessel for membership to apply.

Commercial Membership (business)

$150 per Vessel per Year & $75 Discounted Hourly Rate for all Services - Membership is Available for Commercial Vessels ONLY. Proof of Commercial Activity is Required. Proof of Commercial Insurance May be Required. (e.g. fishing charters, boat rentals, sunset cruises, etc.)

Non Members

Prices Vary According to Location: Call Dispatch for More Details

No Membership? No Problem! Our Emergency boat towing Austin offers all services to non-members; however, rates may vary depending on your location ($175-350 per hour). Charges always start when we leave our dock, and end when we return to our dock. There is a one-hour minimum charge for all services rendered.

Flagship Towing Cancelation Policy:
If Canceled in UNDER 15 Minutes from the Original Dispatch Call = No Charge.
If Canceled in 15-30 Minutes from the Original Dispatch Call = $100.00 Charge.
If Canceled after 30 minutes from the Original Dispatch Call = On Hour Minimum Charge at Standard Rates.

Membership Exclusions and Terms of Service

Membership Exclusions

Vessels over 50 feet in length are NOT eligible for memberships.
Membership does NOT cover liveaboards.
Vessels enrolled in membership must have an “running engine” and current registration.
Memberships do not cover “dock-to-dock” tows, “trailer-to-dock” tows, or “dock-to-repair facility” tows.

Membership Limits

No hard ungrounding for any membership.
No salvages or recovery’s.
Coverage up to 20 NM offshore and 20 NM inland waters for saltwater locations.
Coverage up to 15 Miles towing inland on lakes or freshwater.
Coverage includes three (3) calls for services, regardless of the service. After 3 calls, member must pay standard hourly service rates per respective location. If vessel is being towed for a repeat issue, vessel owner must be able to prove the repair was conducted and is not the same reason for request of towing services, otherwise towing will be billed at normal rate for that respective location.

Membership Terms of Service

Services that require a diver are not covered under the membership, members must pay $250/hr for diving services.
If the vessel has 3-inches or more of water in the bilge, and/or is taking on water, the vessel will require a pump out and will be treated as a salvage or recovery and billed to the member accordingly.
All memberships have a 48 HOUR ACTIVATION PERIOD before the membership IS IN FULL EFFECT.
The Vessel’s registration number (TX # or FL# or USCG # ) is required for the membership to be activated, and is required at the time of purchase, otherwise the membership purchase will be rejected, and any funds charged will be refunded to the purchaser.
If members are intoxicated or a danger to the tow boat, its captain, crew, and/or themselves, Flagship Towing reserves the right to terminate the service immediately.

Flagship Towing Terms of Service

Flagship Towing has the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to the following: owner and passenger and crew intoxication alcohol or drug's, illegal activities, brandishing a firearm, aggressive or threatening behavior, non-cooperation and/or lack of attention, lack of concern for the directions of the tow captain and crew.
