Check that there are no ropes/lines in the water next to your boat. Have your phone or radio on and available at all times, please conserve your battery so that we can stay in contact with you. Keep a sharp lookout for our bright blue tow boats on the horizon. Please provide our dispatcher and captain with all information about your boat and your current situation, as well as update the dispatcher if there are other issues that arise. If there is a serious medical emergency or your life is in danger, do not hesitate to contact 911 or the USCG.
Boat Salvages
Emergency Marine Salvage has a variety of vessels and salvage equipment available to conduct recovery operations on vessels that need assistance or have sustained significant damages.
Customer Tips: Please provide our dispatcher and captain with all information about your boat and your current situation, as well as update the dispatcher if there are other issues that arise. If possible please provide the dispatcher with photos of your vessel in its current situation/state as well as a possible photo of your vessel prior to the incident. If possible, please provide the dispatcher with all important information regarding the nature of the vessel's distress and how/why/when the events took place. Please provide the dispatcher with all boat information including: Registration #'s, HIN #'s, Length and Width and Height, as well as any claim or insurance information on the vessel.
Ungroundings
Flagship Towing has specialized boats and equipment to unground a vessel in ways that minimize damages to the vessels hull and running gear during the ungrounding process.
Customer Tips: Check your surroundings and be aware of potentially dangerous situations. Please provide our dispatcher and captain with all information about your boat and your current situation, as well as update the dispatcher if there are other issues that arise. Ensure that all members of your crew or passengers have not suffered any injuries. Check your bilge and below deck compartments to make sure your vessel is not taking on water. Check your engine/lower unit/propeller for damages. If there is a serious medical emergency or your life is in danger, do not hesitate to contact 911 or the USCG.
