Flagship Towing has the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to the following: owner and passenger intoxication, illegal activities, brandishing a firearm, aggressive or threatening behavior, non-cooperation and/or lack of attention and/or not following the directions from the tow captain. These terms are subject to change at the discretion of Flagship Towing, LLC.
