Customer Tips: Check your surroundings and be aware of potentially dangerous situations. Please provide our dispatcher and captain with all information about your boat and your current situation, as well as update the dispatcher if there are other issues that arise. Ensure that all members of your crew or passengers have not suffered any injuries. Check your bilge and below deck compartments to make sure your vessel is not taking on water. Check your engine/lower unit/propeller for damages. If there is a serious medical emergency or your life is in danger, do not hesitate to contact 911 or the USCG. Have your phone or radio on and available at all times, please conserve your battery so that we can stay in contact with you. Keep a sharp lookout for our bright blue tow boats on the horizon. Please provide our dispatcher and captain with all information about your boat and your current situation, as well as update the dispatcher if there are other issues that arise.
